Placement tests are conducted periodically for trainees. Star test is performed every month. Friendly tournaments are held to motivate trainees and raise their morale and competitiveness. Trainees are registered at the Egyptian Swimming Federation and the Egyptian Diving and Rescue Federation (Fins). Exercise all year (swimming pool equipped for winter) .. An entertainment party is held every year for boys. More than 22 swimming instructors in the Academy .. We have more than 8 swimming teachers to teach girls and women .. We have a special trainer for children from the age of 6 months (Aqua Baby) .. We have a special coach for men .. Fitness exercises for swimming. Fitness exercises for slimming and diet
